Yes, this Stampin’ Up! demonstrator had not made a single Easter card before today. I had pretty much given up then I got some freaky second-wind and thought "crud, I can make something in a hurry, can’t I?’ So I powerhoused, pant, pant, and made 26 of these today and they’re all mailed out! I do not like the photo. Everything is dark and not clear but you get the idea. Cards just do not have to be super ornate. If you’re in a hurry, like I was, I cranked these out in a reasonable time because I made them simple. Simple card is going to have to be better than none this year! Oops, and you will note that 1/2 of it is not SU product. The scallop oval is a Giga punch and the paper is just out of one of those big slabs from JoAnn’s. Chick is from "A Good Egg" by SU. Card stock is "Orchid Opulence" and glitter is "Chunky Essentials", both by SU. Then I just ran my sewing machine over it in 3 lines. The chick image and the loose eggshell are both raised via pop-dots. Chunky clear glitter is on yellow of chick but you can’t see it in photo. Voila – Easter cards in a flash! Really cruddy photo though.
