Last week I sent a newsletter to my "downline". I use that word to customers and sometimes they ask "what is a downline?" Well, I am a demonstrator for Stampin' Up!. When I recruit someone to also sign up to be a demonstrator and they sign up under me, he or she is my "downline". I am his or her "upline". Those folks are all in my "first level". Now if they sign up new demonstrators, those demonstrators are also in my downline but they are in my 2nd or 3rd, etc… level. In my recent newsletter to all my downline in the 1st, 2nd and 3rd levels, I shared this statistic that is interesting to me:
- There are 48 in my 1st level.
- There are 18 in my 2nd and 3rd levels.
- Of the 66 total, 2 are men! (I love that!)
- You live in 27 different states plus Japan!
Arkansas
Arizona
California
Colorado

Georgia
Illinois

Kansas

Military base in Japan

Being in my downline does not mean you are necessarily local to me as you can see by the fact that my 66 downline are in 27 states plus one foreign country (albeit on a US military base). An upline can be anywhere. It just depends on what YOU, as a downline, wants and/or needs. Some demonstrators want to be close to their upline in their own town or nearby. Others like the contact person available (me) but don't care how close or how far their upline is geographically. Just because someone lives a mile away, does not mean they will be more responsive to you that I would be!
The bottom line is that there's a home for everyone and I welcome YOU to my group especially now that the kit is on sale and Stampin' Up! is adding a free set of your choice to it.
As always, asking me questions obligates you to nothing! How else will you know if this is right for you unless you ask about it??
I'm available by phone and email. Note that my business phone ringer is off at night and on Sunday's. Otherwise, call me and if I'm not at my desk, please leave a message and I'll call you right back!
