Last year I had two awesome demonstrators with me (Cathy & Cherise). It was all of our first convention. This year the same trio return plus 4 new (Trina, Sarah, Mandy and JoAnn) for a total of 7 Stampers for Others team members attending convention. I may not be able to gift to this level again as the group grows but, for this one time, putting this together was a blast for me. And, uh, I made myself one too!
I bought each of my 6 downline the medium-sized Land's End tote with zipper closure. I chose the lemon color as it was the closest to the color of our new catalog. Each had their name monogrammed on it and I filled it with emergency convention rations for the munchies we'll get while waiting in lines and such. I also converted a standard composition book (that I got for 50 cents at Target) and used only current Designer Series Paper to alter it and also monogram it. They can take convention notes in their custom book – I even included a pen "just in case". Lastly, I made them each a tag for easy identification. On the reverse (non stamped) side of the tag, each downline can insert her own business card.
This was a lot of fun to assemble and part of the reason I drove to Salt Lake City rather than fly. No other way to transport all this stuff!
What a wonderful gift – beautiful!
That was really sweet! Hope you all are having a fabulous time! I have to go next year!!!
