Ta da! The finished product. Everything (Build-A-Bear dies, sentiment stamp, card stock and Designer Series Paper) is by Stampin' Up! except the elephant die (Sizzix). And the frame, well, I got that for $2 at a thrift store. I couldn't believe it when I found it as it seemed perfect and it inspired what I put in the 3 framed areas. It was in pretty good shape but, when I got it home, I remembered that I had some flat black spray paint so I gave it a couple of coats to rejuvenate it.
Kirsten's university has a black/white houndstooth check as its fabric. The school color is crimson red. Their mascot is an elephant. I made this for her dorm room. I hope she likes it and that every time she looks at it she remembers how much her Mom loves her.
