This was confidential until just now, but I've been selected to be one of only 60 demonstrators in the US to run two test workshops in conjunction with Build-A-Bear Workshop as they release the new Holly & Hal Moose animated TV special!
Rather than rewording what Stampin' Up! just announced to its demonstrators, here are the exact words: We have recently been working with Build-A-Bear Workshop on ways we
can partner and increase exposure for Stampin' Up! We are going to try
a test with a limited number of US demonstrators this December. At this
time, the test will only be in the US market.
Last year, Build-A-Bear Workshop introduced Holly & Hal
Moose plush animals for the holiday season. They became the top-selling
holiday plush in the history of BABW. In 2009, these two adorable
animals get their own animated television special that will appear on
ABC Family Television the week of Thanksgiving.
The test consists of the following: 60 demonstrators will be holding
two viewing parties/workshops with their customers between December
1-14. At this event, the guests will participate in a workshop
experience centered around our current Build-A-Bear products. They will
also view the Holly & Hal animated DVD.
So, if you are a local Sacramento-area customer (or would like to be) and are interested in participating in one of these two test parties OR if you would like to host one of the two parties in your home, please contact me at StellarStamps@comcast.net or 916.903.7713 ASAP. This can be a Mommy & Me sort of format (optional) but I would ask that any child attending with you be at an age where they can use the products with minimal assistance (ages 6-12, more or less). Also, I must have a minimum of 8 adults at each event.
Party date range – between December 1 and 14.
