Fabric is one of the industry's hottest trends right now, and the best
part is, you don't even need to be a seamstress to get in on the
action! You can create gorgeous fabric accessories and home décor, all
without ever touching a sewing machine. There are myriad of options for
seamstresses and non-seamstresses alike! While we don't sell fabric, many of our
accessories might appeal to you if you love creating with
textiles. Sharing how our Stampin' Up! products work with fabric via our superior
tools and accessories for a craft you already love, is my way of introducing you to the wonderful world of Stampin' Up!
Last fall I attended a private demonstration at the home of veteran demonstrator, Jill Olsen. Some of Jill's "shabby chic" fabric and quilt mastery is shown in my album here.

I've been playing with fabric recently and created these fabric brooches below. I gave one to my former boss at the high school I used to work at (she's the former principal). She then "commissioned" me to make 3 more in our school colors as handmade gifts to give to 3 teachers visiting the school from Japan in March. Our school students wear uniforms so in addition to the school colors, I have a stash of ripped skirts from my days working there and I'll be making flower layers using that fabric as well! I'll post when they're completed.
Just try it – you might get hooked! It is SO easy.
