Yesterday, I mentioned demonstrating at a workshop for a group of 9 beginners. One resource I use for my creativity is those projects Stampin' Up! creates when we attend our demonstrator events. This card originally used a fall-themed stamp set & was one of our Make and Take projects at a regional seminar last September. I loved it because of its simplicity. I wanted the first-time stampers to feel success without stress and intimidation. I think this card fit the bill perfectly! Thanks Stampin' Up! for doing the creative work for me 😉
I made two versions of this card when I learned that after I made the "adult" version that 2 of our guests would be high school girls. I thought the original image out of our Sale-A-Bration set "Bliss" would be too "old" for them. Well, I was wrong! They both didn't want to make the "younger" version I offered but I'm showing it to you today as well.
Imagine the "younger" version in a bright color. Super fast and easy for a teen's birthday.
This is the card I made using "Bliss" out of Sale-A-Bration. This set is only available FREE with a $50 product order and only through March 31. The sentiment is from "Great Friend" available through June 30.
Color = Old Olive (card stock, ink and ribbon)
Here's the alternate card featuring "Printed Petals" and "Party Hearty" both from our main Idea Book & Catalog and available through June 30.
Order any of these items now by clicking on the white order button at the right.
Go forth and create!
