When we attend Stampin' Up!s Founder's Circle, we can opt into swapping with our fellow 120 acheiver's who attend. The criteria this year was for a 2-layer (basic) card. Here's mine which was borrowed, in essence, from a few different and very similar cards I've seen the past few months. Super clean and simple stamping.
Recipe:
- I used the Holiday catalog set (pg. 16) "Scentsational Season" and the main catalog sentiment set (pg. 15) "More Merry Messages).
- Colors for card stock and ink: Whisper White, Cherry Cobbler (mug), Basic Gray (steam) and Garden Green (sentiment).
- Card stock measurements: Card base = Whisper White 4.25 x 11 scored and folded in half to create card, Cherry Cobbler 3.75 x 5 and Whisper White 3.5 x 4.75.
- When white top and cherry base are adhered, I put them onto card base using Stampin' Dimensionals to pop it up.
- The mug is die cut using the "Holiday Collection" Framelits Dies (pg. 16 Holiday catalog) then popped up using a Stampin' Dimensional.
- Adhere Rhinestone Basic Jewels onto mug (pg. 175)
- The steam was stamped in Basic Gray then traced with Dazzling Details (pg. 158 of annual catalog)
- Most important ingredient = Stamp-A-Ma-Jig which I used for the sentiment (pg. 7 of annual catalog)
Love it Stella!
