Bold and bright colors definitely scream "summer!" to me. Though it's not officially summer, where I live, it's hit 102 degrees this past week. I chose two colors that are symbolic of our weekend in the heat: Daffodil Delight (yellow) to represent the beating sun and Bermuda Bay (blue) to represent the clear blue skies and the blue in the swimming pool we have gotten a lot of use out of this month. Both colors featured are part of Stampin' Up!s Brights Collection.

I also used two brand new stamp sets and one returning favorite. The two new are Definitely Dahlia and Me = Grateful. Accent splashes/dots are from Gorgeous Grunge. Also new is the Designer Series Paper called "Bohemian."
