Create a traditional Halloween witches hat card with the images of the Cauldron Bubble Bundle from Stampin’ Up!. So many Halloween references include the witches hat. So I chose this stamp set to create a very traditional looking card with black and orange colors. You can probably also use purple and black so you have a variety to choose from.

Stamp Sets – Cauldron Bubble Bundle (clear-149931), (wood-149930)
Cardstock – Basic Black (121045); Whisper White (100730); Whisper White Thick (140272)
Stamp Pads – Tuxedo Black Memento (132708)
Misc. – Toil & Trouble Designer Series Paper (DSP) (147531); Stitched Shapes Framelits (145372); Tailored Tag Punch (145667); Black 5/8” Glittered Organdy Ribbon (147897); Stampin’ Dimensionals (104430); SNAIL Adhesive (104332)
Measurements:
• Whisper White (Thick): 5 ½” x 8 ½”
• Basic Black: 3 ¾” x 5 ¼”
• Whisper White: 3” x 3” (for die-cut)
• DSP: 1” x 4 ½”; 1” x 4”; 1” x 3 ½”; scrap with witch hat
Instructions:
1. Score Whisper White at 4 ¼”; fold in half to create card base.
2. Adhere Basic Black to card front with SNAIL Adhesive.
3. Punch bottom of each DSP strip with Tailored Tag Punch to create banners. Adhere to card front as shown with SNAIL Adhesive.
4. Die-cut stitched circle from Whisper White. Stamp sentiment.
5. Die-cut witch hat from DSP. Adhere to die-cut circle with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
6. Loop 12” piece of ribbon and adhere to back of die-cut circle with SNAIL Adhesive. Adhere to card front with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
