Everyone could use a birthday surprise these days and what better way than creating a card yourself. When you use the Layered With Kindness stamp set, you can create a beautiful card like the one below. So full of color and energy. Of course you can change up the colors to suit your own needs. While you are at home, put together birthday cards for everyone in your family and brighten their day this year.

Measurements:
• Basic Gray card base: 5 ½ ” x 8 ½ ”, scored at 4 ¼ ” then folded on the crease with the Bone Folder
• Smokey Slate: 4”x 5 ¼”
• Grapefruit Grove: 3 ½ “ x 4 ¾”
• Bermuda Bay: 2 ¼” x 4 ¼”
• Designer Series Paper: 2” x 4”
• Whisper White: Scrap for stamping image and punching out
• Bermuda Bay baker’s twine 12”
Instructions:
1. Stamp “Happy Birthday” image on scrap of whisper white cardstock. Punch with Label Me Lovely punch.
2. Tie the baker’s twine into a small bow. Attach to “Happy Birthday” punch out with glue dots.
3. Using die cut machine and Coastal Weave Embossing folder, emboss Grapefruit Grove piece of cardstock.
4. Attach Smokey Slate piece to card base using SNAIL Adhesive. Attach Grapefruit Grove embossed piece to Smokey Slate using SNAIL adhesive. Attach DSP to Bermuda Bay piece using SNAIL adhesive. Attach to card using SNAIL adhesive.
5. Attach “Happy Birthday” sentiment using Stampin’ Dimensionals.
6. Attach sequins with glue dots to complete your birthday surprise.

Measurement:
• Purple Posy: 5 ½” x 8 1/2”, scored at 4 ¼”,
• Whisper White Thick: 4” x 5 ¼” – cut two
• Highland Heather: 3” x 2”
• Soft Sea Foam:4” x 3”
• Purple Posy DSP: 2” x 4”
Instructions:
1. Use the large rectangular die to cut the white panel for card front.
2. Use the feather die with Highland Heather cardstock to cut a feather.
3. Stamp the “fern” image with Soft Sea Foam ink onto Soft Sea Foam cardstock and cut out shape with coordinating die.
4. Stamp the butterfly and words with Gorgeous Grape ink onto white panel.
5. Use Snail Adhesive to adhere the Purple Posy DSP to the left side of the card front.
6. Attach die cut white panel to card front with dimensionals.
7. Use Snail Adhesive just on the bottom of feather, positioning as shown in photo.
8. Use dimensionals to adhere the fern.
9. Adhere the 4” x5 ¼” panel to inside of card – stamp a greeting or image as desired.
10. Tie a small strip of ribbon into a knot and attach with glue dot.
11. To finish the card, add three Noble Peacock Rhinestones to card front and try your hand at reaching out today to someone special.

A golf style birthday care is perfect for all the golfers in your life. They take the sport very seriously so when you acknowledge it, they will love you. This care was created with the Club House stamp set and has a bunch of adorable embellishments on it.

Measurements:
• Card Base: Night Of Navy Cardstock 8-1/2” x 5-1/2”. Score and fold at 4-1/4”.
• Cardstock #2: Daffodil Delight Cardstock 5-1/4” x 4”.
• Designer Paper #1: Country Club 5” x 3-3/4”
• Designer Paper #2: Country Club 5” x 1”
Instructions:
• Glue Daffodil Cardstock layer to Night Of Navy card base. Set aside.
• Glue 1” strip of designer paper to large piece of designer paper about 1” from the bottom.
• Cut a piece of ribbon longer than the designer paper and form a knot about 2” from one end. Glue to designer paper layer below the designer paper strip by wrapping the ribbon ends to the back and gluing them in place. Glue designer paper layer to card front.
• Cut a circle using the Starburst Punch and Garden Green Cardstock. Glue to card front using Stampin’ Dimensionals over the ribbon and designer paper strip and to the left.
• Using Daffodil Delight Cardstock, cut with the V-shaped branch die. Glue to starburst circle, at the bottom.
• Using Night Of Navy Cardstock, cut with the crest-shaped die. Glue to the starburst circle using Stampin’ Dimensionals, above the branch die-cut.
• Using Mint Macaron Cardstock, cut the small grass shape with the die. Glue to the right of the starburst using Stampin’ Dimensionals.
• Stamp the sentiment using Night Of Navy Ink on one of the wooden banner elements. Glue to the 1” designer paper layer with Multipurpose Glue.
• Add wooden elements onto the crest shape and the small circles in the background. Then let them enjoy their golf style birthday card.

This card is being featured as a holiday card but you can easily skip the inside, change the paper on the front, and make it for pretty much any occasion. Also, change the colors and create a card featuring your postal carrier!

Measurements:
• Shaded Spruce: 5 ½” x 8 ½” score 8 ½” side at 4 ¼” (card base)
• Whisper White: 2 ¾” x 4 ½”; 5 ¼” x 4”; ½” x 1”
• Cherry Cobbler: 3’ x 4 ¾”
• Wrapped in Plaid DSP: 5 ¼” x 4”
Instructions:
1. Fold Shaded Spruce cardstock in half. This is your card base. Glue Wrapped in Plaid piece to front of card base.
2. See picture for placement. On 2 ¾” x 4 ½” Whisper White cardstock, stamp mail (UPS) man, boxes, and saying in Memento ink. Stamp truck in Soft Suede. To “fill in” truck, color the ½” x 1” piece of Whisper White cardstock with Soft Suede marker. Then glue on back of truck. Color in boxes and man with Blender pens. Draw lines under man and truck with Light Basic Black and Light Smoky Slate Blender pens. Glue Stampin’ Up! Logo sticker on largest box.
3. Glue this stamped Whisper White cardstock on Cherry Cobbler cardstock. Glue this to front of cardbase angled (see photo for placement).
4. Stamp sentiment and Santa on 5 ¼” x 4” Whisper White piece in Memento ink. Color in with Blender Pens. See picture for placement and colors. Glue to inside of card.
5. Affix 3 Holiday Rhinestones (largest) to front of card. See photo for placement.

Instructions:
- Die-cut Gorgeous Grape, Mossy Meadow, Cherry Cobbler and Pumpkin Pie cardstocks with Sip & Celebrate Dies. Adhere to Very Vanilla layer with liquid adhesive. Clip away excess cardstock that extends beyond layer. (See image below)
- Adhere Very Vanilla layer to Basic Black layer. Adhere layers to card front with dimensionals.
- Stamp sentiment image from Sip Sip Hooray stamp set on scrap Very Vanilla with Versamark ink. Heat emboss with Black Emboss Powder. Die-cut with Ornate Frames Dies. Adhere to card front with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
- Stamp sentiment image from Itty Bitty Birthday stamp set on card inside with Versamark ink. Heat emboss with Black Emboss Powder. (See image below)
