When a mini catalog ends, Stampin’ Up! retires most of the products in it but not all of them. The ones that do not retire are called “carryover” items and they’re still available online. The bundle featured here, Celebrate with Tags, is a carryover from the most recent holiday mini catalog. Once a bundle’s catalog ends, when it carries over, it is then unbundled so the products can only be purchased individually.
