More Days to Shop

It’s the last day of the year, but not the last day of Stampin’ Up!’s year-end sale.  You still have two more days to shop.  You can find all the products still available when you shop my online store. You can also download the flyer below to make your choices.  These products are all on sale while supplies last and some products have either run out or are running low.  Take a look and see what is still available and on your wish list.

You can find the flyer below and download it to all the products.  This will make it easier to keep track of what is on sale and what you want. 
There are still a lot of options available. Remember, some of the products are retiring from the Holiday Catalog and will no longer be available.  There are also some great products from the Annual Catalog available at a discount through this sale.  It’s a great way to end the year so take advantage of more days to shop.Please remember, bundles only last during the catalog time that the products are first introduced. Snowflakes Glistening

The snowflakes glistening in this card are from the Snowflakes Showcase promotion which is ending today.  You can still get products from this great bundle and finish up all your last minute projects.  The trinkets are probably my favorite items.  They also add a little pop to any project.

• Non-Stampin’ Up! – Rubbing Alcohol

• Soft Sea Foam Card Stock: 5½” x 8½”; 1” x 3”
• Whisper White Card Stock: 4” x 5¼”
• Pool Party Card Stock: 4¼” x 5½” (scrap)


1. Fold Soft Sea Foam in half.
2. Stamp snowflakes with Soft Sea Foam on Whisper White; adhere to card base.
3. Cut snowflake swirl and snowflakes from Pool Party; adhere to card base with Fine-Tip Glue Pen.
4. Fill spritzer with alcohol and 4 drops of shimmer paint. Shake and spritz the card.
5. Stamp sentiment on Soft Sea Foam with Pool Party; banner punch the end.
6. Adhere sentiment with dimensional.
7. Adhere Snowflake Trinkets with Mini Glue Dots.
8. Add rhinestones to the middle of snowflakes.

Snowall Bermuda Bay

I call this my Snowfall Bermuda Bay style card.  I know how beautiful snowflakes are and when you layer them like this with the color of the gorgeous island water, it  leaves you speechless. Glitter enhances the entire card.

• Whisper White 8½ x 5½ sore at 4¼, 3½ x 3½
• Sparkle Glimmer 1½ x 1½

1. Stamp the splash from Beautiful Blizzard, the greeting and swirls, using Bermuda Bay ink into the front of the card base.
2. Die cut: the large snowflake out of the 3½ square whisper white and small snowflake out of the sparkle glimmer paper.
3. Using a sponge dauber sponge the tip of the large snowflake using Bermuda Bay.
4. Using a glue dot adhere the small snowflake into the center of the large one then on top of the card front where you stamp the Bermuda Bay slash.
5. Adhere a Rhinestone in the center of the sparkle snowflake.

Ice Skating Snowman

Don’t you just love the ice skating snowman?  The card was created with the Spirited Snowmen stamp set and the Blizzard Thinlits Dies.  They make a great combination.  Having the window in the card adds to the focal point of the card.

Petal Pink: 8 ½” x 5 ½”, scored at 4 ¼”
Pool Party: 4” x 5 ¼”


1. Cut Petal Pink cardstock to 8 1/2″ x 5 1/2″; score and fold at 4 1/4″
2. Stamp snowflakes randomnly on Pool Party cardstock using Pool Party ink.
3. Use Big Shot to cut out circle using Layering Circles Framelits in center of cardstock.
4. Tie a bow on right hand side of cardstock going around inside circle and back of cardstock.
5. Stamp greeting on a scrap piece of white cardstock with Versamark ink, sprinkle with Silver Embossing Powder and use heat tool to emboss. Punch out shape and adhere to card and after that, snip off end.
6. Stamp snowman on whisper white using Memento black ink.
7. Color in using Blends Markers, the use paper snips to cut out.
8. Use Big Shot to cut out snowflakes using the Blizzard Thinlits.

9. Pop out shapes and if needed, use Big Shot Die Brush.
10. Adhere snowflakes to cut out circle using Fine Tip Glue Pen. Take circle and adhere to card under where the cut out circle will be for Pool Party layer.

11. Use dimensionals to attach Pool Party layer to card.
12. Attach Snowman to card using Dimensionals.

Glistening Snow Tree

This beautiful glistening snow tree was created with the Snow is Glistening stamp set from the Snowflake Showcase promotion.  This promotion is running through the end of November, or while supplies last.  The White Velvet Paper is already sold out.  So be sure to get the products you want before the promotion ends.

First of all, let me say that the Vellum is a nice addition for a background option when you emboss the snow images.  Let this glistening snow tree be your inspiration for some beautiful cards using the products from this promotion.   Additionally, these products are perfect for all year round, not just during the holidays.  The Shaded Spruce is the perfect Christmas tree color.  Also, enjoy the inside card sample below.

• Shaded Spruce: 8 1/2” x 5 1/2” (score and fold at 4 ¼”); 3 1/4 ” x 4 1/2”

• Copper Glimmer paper : 1×1”

Instructions for Glistening Snow Tree:

1. Stamp snowflakes on the vellum cardstock with versamark. Heat emboss with White Embossing Powder.
2. Using Shaded Spruce Ink – stamp the tree on one piece of Whisper White. Stamp greeting for the inside on the second piece of Whisper White. Stamp Front greeting on the ¾” white strip.
3. Cut out a small snowflake from the copper Glimmer Paper using the Big Shot and Snowfall Thinlits.
4. Use Snail to adhere all the layers and add the greeting to the card front with Dimensionals.
